Parivartan is a Case Study competition. SPJIMR & IOCL present a challenge to participants to come up with solutions to a practical case.

Team Composition
- The event is open for Business school students and corporate professionals.
- A team should have 2 members.
- Team can be formed from participants of same college, different colleges, corporates and students or corporates.
- One of the team members should act as a team leader and all correspondence will be done with him/her.
- A participant cannot be part of more than one team
- No change in the team structure is allowed after the team is registered
Rules
Stage 1 Rules
- The teams should submit their Case Analysis by the 13-Feb-2010.
- The case analysis should be submitted as a PDF document. The summary must not exceed a maximum of 5 A4 size pages including exhibits.
- Font style: Times New Roman and font Size 12 with 1.5 line spacing. We strongly advise you to be precise and focus on the core issues first.
- As it is a live case, other sources of information can be referred. Data taken from published/unpublished sources must be adequately referenced.
- The team name and the participants name should appear only in the cover page and nowhere else.
- The file should be named as: PARIVARTAN_TEAMNAME_ID.PDF
- The document should be mailed to: ojas.parivartan@gmail.com
Stage 2 Rules
- The top 5 teams will be invited to SPJIMR, Mumbai for the final round on 20th Feb.
- They will be required to present their work before a panel and judgment would be based on the analysis and presentation.
- All the finalists will be given certificates.
- Accommodation will be provided.
